Danshui

We went to Danshui a few weeks ago. It was a good day to go because it wasn't too hot. The MRT ride took about an hour. We went down the street and purchased a lot of different foods. I didn't even much this time because I am dieting. We visited this place called, "Hong Mao". It was an old fort used by foreign ambassadors.

I thought Danshui was a beautiful place. The view of the lake is great and the fresh air is also good. Night time was my favorite because it become more festive.

Others ate a lot of different foods there. I had some tea and some soup. I think Danushui is like many other parts of Taiwan because it has a lot of food. We left Danshui at night. The ride back was a bit tiring because we were all tired. It was a good trip and I'm glad I went.

Second trip to Jiefeng

I decided to take a few friends to Jiefeng a few weeks ago. It was my second time going so I played the role of the tour guide. Everyone was excited about going because I told them there would be many different kinds of food there. When we got there everyone ate a lot of food. I didn't eat much because I am dieting.

We spent about two hours in a famous tea house. We sat next to the ocean and drank tea. It was a good experience because everyone was a bit tired from walking all day. The price of the tea was very expensive.

After Jiifeng we went to eat dinner. We walked around for about two hours because we got lost. It was okay though because everyone was so hungry once we reached the place the food tasted extra good.
