This image might be disturbing to some, but to me it shows that the meat here is a lot fresher than other places. I'm used to buying frozen meats at the grocery store. It may look more sanitary, but I bet it's been in the freezer for months. I was waiting for one of the butchers to slaughter a live chicken so I could film it. It didn't happen so I left. Maybe next time.
